Independent Meat Company has been selling and processing meat since 1904. Our company is owned by third generation Florence family member Patrick Florence. We service accounts with both retail and foodservice product throughout the continental United States and several foreign countries.

Falls Brand, Old Fashion Recipe and Salmon Creek Farms Natural Pork products are manufactured at our plant in Twin Falls, Idaho. Fresh pork is sold and distributed to our core markets by Independent Distribution Company. Independent Meat manufacturing division supplies branded & private label products to wholesale distributors and retail warehouses throughout the U.S. & Pacific Rim.

Our pork cutting operation, remodeled in 1995, allows custom packaging of fresh cryovac & flash frozen pork cuts. Independent Meat Company is now utilizing “state of the art” technology with the addition of the hog skinning operation. This translates into incomparable freshness and extended shelf life.
We offer a complete line of Smoked Meats
Traditional smoked and packaged products including hotdogs, ham, bacon, sausage and specialty smoked meats are manufactured and packaged at the Twin Falls plant daily. Our Old Fashion Recipe line of smoked meats includes several gourmet ham and sausage items.
