Meatballs and Spaghetti

Cut:

Ground Pork

Stuffed Bacon Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Salmon Creek Farms Natural Pork

  • 4 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon finely minced onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Dash hot pepper sauce

  • 1 28-ounce jar marinara sauce

  • 12 ounces dry spaghetti, cooked & drained*

Instructions:

  1. Mix together pork, bread crumbs, egg, onion and seasonings.

  2. Shape meat mixture into 3/4-inch diameter balls.

  3. Brown meatballs in large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Remove from pan. Heat marinara sauce in same skillet, add meatballs back to skillet.

  5. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Serve over hot spaghetti (*or other pasta).

  7. Serves 6.
